About Me

Hi, I'm Hayley ♡

Thank you for finding your way to my website! I am a permanent makeup artist specialising in lip blush and hyper-realism brows. I love the most natural results and feel like a less is more approach to permanent makeup.

I first had my brows done in 2019 as I was getting married later that year and was tired of drawing them on and it going wrong most days. I absolutely loved them and went back a few years later to train with the same company that did mine. I loved how they didn't wash off, saved me a job in the mornings and made me feel more confident without makeup. I found lip blush at the same time during training and it's the most amazing treatment. There is something so wonderful about adding colour to peoples faces and it might be my favourite treatment I've ever had…(sorry brows!)

I am a mum of 2 amazing little people (almost 4 and 2) who keep me very busy when I'm not working!

Lip Blush

Lip blush is a permanent makeup tattoo treatment that enhances the natural colour, shape and definition of your lips by only tattooing on to lip tissue (not onto face tissue).

I do 2 different styles of lip blush; a sheer lip tint effect and a lip stick effect. Both are the same process however with a lip stick effect blush, I am implanting more pigment into your lips which gives a more saturated lip stick effect.

Brows

Hyper-realism brows, powder brows and combination brows are permanent makeup tattoo treatments that can create, define and fill your brows depending on your brow goals, your starting point and your maintenance goals.

Hyper-realism brows are hair-stroke brows, powder brows give a similar result to a brow tint and combination brows are some hair-strokes and some shading. All 3 styles can be very natural and/or more bold depending on your style and your goals.

You will receive a full aftercare kit at every appointment. A second session between 6-12 weeks is advised so that your permanent makeup lasts the desired length of time.

Lips

Sheer Lip Blush — Natural tint effect £250

Brows

Annual Top-Up

Please note

To secure your appointment a £50 non refundable booking fee is required which will be deducted from the full price on the day of your first appointment.
Annual Top-Ups are only applicable to clients that have had their initial treatment with Hayley.

Healed & Immediately After

Results

Some swelling & redness is normal immediately after your treatment. This reduces after a couple of hours. Healed results typically soften by around 30-40%.

Designed with you in mind

At The Treatment Room hygiene is paramount. Every tool Hayley uses during the tattooing part of your treatment is either sterile and/or one time use and it is kept separate to anything else in the room. Everything you need to look after your new lips or brows during the initial healing stage is given to you and Hayley is available for any help and support afterwards.

General Consent

I hereby authorise Hayley Casey to perform upon myself micro-pigmentation / Permanent Makeup / a cosmetic tattoo.

I understand that micro-pigmentation / PMU is an advanced form of tattooing. I waive the right to a patch test and understand that a patch test does not guarantee no allergic response. I accept all responsibility if an allergic response occurs.

I accept responsibility for the colour, shape and position of the enhancement as agreed during consultation. I fully understand that non-toxic pigments are used and that the enhancement may fade over 1–3 years. I accept that the highest standards of hygiene are met and that sterile disposable needles are used.

I understand new enhancements usually require multiple applications and that 100% success cannot be guaranteed. The second session must be performed between 6–12 weeks after the initial session.

I am aware that if I have had a previous outbreak of cold sores/herpes and receive a lip enhancement I may have an outbreak following the procedure.

I agree to follow all pre- and post-procedure instructions. I understand that infection and possible scarring can occur if I do not adhere to these instructions.

I am at least 18 years old, I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and I consent to before and after photographs being taken of my PMU treatment.

I agree to inform any medical professional of my micro-pigmentation if I require an MRI scan, and to notify any laser/IPL technician of my PMU.

GDPR & Photography Permission

I grant Hayley Casey permission to use photographs and video footage of my treatment across social media, advertising, websites, promotional material and printed publications. I waive the right to any royalties.

I do not object to Hayley Casey storing copies of photographs, video footage or my contact details on her database. To revoke this at any time please contact Hayley Casey. Each party agrees this is governed by the law and courts of England and Wales.

Booking Policy

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the point of booking. Appointments are not secured until the deposit has been received. The deposit is transferable once with at least 72 hours notice.

The remaining balance is paid at the studio after your treatment. Apple Pay is accepted.

For second sessions, the full £50 is required at the point of booking. If a Google review is completed, £25 will be transferred back as a thank you.

Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice may transfer the deposit to another date. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in loss of deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

A reminder will be sent via WhatsApp and email 4 days prior to your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment may be lost.

Regarding previous PMU, please discuss this prior to booking.
